it looks like they really paid attention to the original designs for the kwama, but where's the kwama forager?

Not really liking the look of this one honestly. They kind of look like your generic bipedal insectoid monster.

They looked like they kept them pretty close to the original, it looks like they just changed the head of the warrior from a worm head to more of an insectoid head. I think they look pretty neat, but that's just opinion.

That is what I'm wondering. Otherwise I like the design, very similar to the Morrowind design.

Looks like they've been improving the combat as well. Can tell the attacks have more weight behind them now like some were complaining about from earlier footage.

Hmm.. I think it was rather similar...

Also I wonder if we will improved animations will show other players more disctinct what abilitiy the player is using...(?)

The biggest change is to the warrior, the scrib and worker practically look like visually upgraded versions of their Morrowind counterparts.
