Helm of Yngol.

So excited about this helmet, since the Ancient Nord Helmet will never display on mannequins.

Looks awesome with just about anything, and displays on mannequins just fine.

I hate it on female characters. the hair on female characters clips though the back of the helmet.

The helmet with the horns that kind of swirl up, right? Yeah, it's a nice helmet. Looks really good combined with Steel Plate Armor to me. Or Dragonscale/Dragonplate.

Really? That svcks.

My male character has the longest hair style available, and there is no clipping.

However, on the other side of your problem coin, I cannot equip the ancient nord helmet without my beard clipping through the sides of it.

Helm of Yngol has been my resolve.

Yes, I suppose the devs forgot to add the female version because, if I remember well, the female version and the male one are the same in the ck.

Yes. I play on xbox. I might make a short haired female and wear the helmet.

Wanna know an interesting little trick to make the helm of Yngol even better???? A way to have both the Jagged crown and the helm of Yngol on at the same time, making your own crown...I know a way... :shifty:

Nope...A dragon priest mask, any helm of you choice and a little ' know how ' with the save system :D I can make the jagged crown clip through any helm in the game, surprisingly it looks pretty damn good combined with just about every helm in the game. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8135/8706790444_c41a1d0703_c.jpg it also looks awesome with an ebony helm.

You equip the dragon priest mask, then the Jagged crown. It woks the same way as the circlet and the Falmer helm. Once you have the two of them on you equip the helm of your choice WITHOUT unequipping the dragon priest helm, simply switch out for the helm you choose. Now sometimes the clipping will happen on it's own and sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't you make a save with you wearing the Jagged crown and the helm you choose when it's not clipping then simply load that save. When you load in the crown will be clipping through your helm.

Sometimes passing through a load cell will cause the clipping to stop or when changing armor but a repeat of the save trick fixes this. make a save where your character is wearing both but there's no clipping and then load that save file.
