I was looking at potions and poisons in the CK and found these that I cannot find any where.

S EPAlchemyEffectHasKeyword Keyword: "MagicAlchHarmful"

S EPAlchemyGetMakingPoison NONE

MagicAlchHarmful is a keyword in poisonous potions, but I cannot find the Function names anywhere. I thought they'd be in scripts.

Could any one advise on what they do, how they work and how they are applied?

They are condition functions. They're used in conditions, not in papyrus, and are probably hardcoded in the executable.

Does that mean I can add existing ones to potions but not make new ones?

You can't create new condition functions if that's what you're asking. What are you trying to accomplish? There's probably a work around.
