The interface, more specifically the user interface.
Means meaningless mods.
UI mod is the most useless mod out there.
Texture mods, and character appearance mods should be enabled.
There is way too much room for abuse with anything other than UI mods and it would be a huge waste of time and money to prevent it.
I'm definitely against color/texture mods. Those don't work in an MMO. I don't want to see a bunch of pink kitties (Khajiit) running around my game.
I would be in favor of something like Neverwinters Foundry though. Player created quests and dungeons would be an awesome addition. Folks like leperchans have pointed out that player created content can also lead to abuse (via farming) but I think the developers are clever enough to create a system that prevents that, as long as they have it in mind when they're designing the feature.
Disagree, this system not only opens the exploits we've gone over in the previous thread on this subject, but it also removes incentive for the development team to hire artists to give us pretty models in the first place. No thank you.
The difference in opinions here, appears to be that of those who are here due to Skyrim, and those who are here due to other MMO's (and potentially Skyrim).
Anything aside from UI mods would be a mess in an MMO, as you're not only affecting your own world with them.
This svcks man. I totally wanted to rock a rainbow colored mini-Diablo!!! This game is going to totally svck!!!
FTR, I am not a whiny, ignorant, basemant dweller. This is totally a converted garage, so that's totally different. Sides, I own the place, not my parents so bite me!!!
Ok, we now return you to your regularly scheduled nonsense.
