Considering the game is being made by a different studio, they never had a Skyrim to make a "Skyrim 2".

And I'm not with you. None of Bethesda's games have been carbon copies from one to the next. I don't see why a game made by a separate studio should be a copy. Skyrim could never be a multiplayer game. ESO has been built for multiplayer.

Hopefully you'll be able to find a game that suits you.
