I know that many people don't want this but many coming from the MMO community will want to have it.

They said that it was in during previous builds, do some research at the shadowed mare and tamriel foundry.

In the most recent build at the early June event they didn't have it in at all, no option to even turn it in.

My question is: Should SCT be allowed in game for those that want it but be off by default?

They always talk about bringing the 2 crowds together and this isn't going to help if they keep going towards one way or the other. A good mix will have options to let those play how they want to play.

Doesn't really matter if it's an option or not. Someone will Mod it in if it's not apart of the game.
