I don't know if you guys can see this link or not, but in this image the whole western portion of mainland Morrowind is cut out of the map so that Windhelm and Riften are where Morrowind should be. As said in your other thread. Not all areas of the provinces will be open to exploration on launch.

And as I said, that doesn't mean that those areas are cut right out of existence. Non playable areas of the other provinces are still there, just not shaded in. In this map a huge part of Morrowind is just gone. Explain that.
