You can see that the characters that EMP Flocker uses in the UMVC3 VxG 2013 Grand Finals are different from what he used at the UMVC3 EVO 2013 Grand Finals. This difference in character use caused suspicion of collusion.

Didn't this happen in the Olympics recently? Some Chinese badminton players were messing up purposely to help their teammates get into the finals.
My opinion on collusion is that if somebody honestly doesn't want to win the game on their own in a fair match then they shouldn't be playing the game competitively.
