.. If you had a budget of $500, ... Based on the speculation of all you've seen from the likes of Elder Scrolls Online,

What computer ( Computer alone, Nothing else ) would you build for $500 that you'd feel confident of running a game such as

The Elder Scrolls Online / Skyrim on at least medium settings and more then 60 FPS

I love seeing what builds people can come up with, and comparing them other builds.
