For some strange reason, whenever I look downwards when i'm holding my bow I seem to be able to see through my shoulder which is rather annoying. And the worst part about it is to make it less annoying I have to change my FOV to 50!

Yep same problem here. I have my FOV at 85 though I do believe the default fov is around 60. It's just something we all have to live with unfortunately.
