anyone else having problems installing the patch?

I can download it easily but it wouldn't install, keeps saying error, and this is the first time having problems installing patches to any game, i tried deleting the old game patches and data, and reinstall them still can't get it to work, i also tried installing patches for other games, and it works flawlessly... i tried taking my ps3 to my friends place with a different isp still the same, tried proxy... almost everything... please help

Isn't patch 1.9 available to PS3? You may want to try that out -just in case.

Scratch that -wrong game....
