So the available options are confirmed, as above. Which one do you see yourself focusing on first? I can see hybrid builds being largely useless, as most people will want a pack mule while levelling/farming, and a sprinter for getting around, especially in PVP. I also think Speed seems largely redundant, as it'd just be a lazy man's Stamina, given that sprinting will likely be faster overall.

I think it was Nick Konkle recently that mentioned having multiple mounts (he said people in beta made 2 different horses, one for bagspace, another for speed)

So that's what I would do, farming with 100 bag slots (or whatever, though it will likely be 20 base slots, then 1 per point, so like 70ish) then the fast one while travelling.

Dunno which scales better, speed or stamina - though if it's equal like 20mph for 1 minute vs 10mph for 2:00 (same distance travelled 1,760 feet) I'd do it evenly, though maybe with a stamina bias, I hate having to slow down to a walk intermittently on long trips - assuming horses have a base walk speed like in skyrim.

If I can have 3 mounts, I'd have one of each. Short distance speed, stamina for long trips, and my pack mule.

Well apparently you can have more than one, so I will be making one that is just full on speed for PVPing in Cyrodiil and one that is storage for just wandering/gathering.

I will probably do the same.

My first horse will be storage, because I'm a massive pack rat and need to collect every item in the world. My other horse will just pure speed. I feel that speed will be better overall than stamina. But I would have to experiment with the two before I truly decided though.
