Im doing it myself right now, I completed the DLC like that
Now im trying the main game, but some places seem to be impossible like that
Like granny rags' gentleman callers...
But yeahh. I would like to see that kind of walktrough on youtube, if you know anyone who has done that then send me a link

I did a "mostly flesh and steel" walkthrough for ghost achievement on hard. I think that I strangled some NPCs, but mostly I just avoided'em, cause it was easier. So it doesn't qualify, of course.

But I really had to skip most of the side quests.

I wouldn't be any good at that. Most I can do is try not to kill anyone who it isn't essential to kill.

And most of the time I fail at that. I usually take the stance that silencing one person is better than the resulting bloodbath from them sounding the alarm.
