and make it real .. the only way out is to escape by lockpick or serving Real Time! as in 3 days to 3 weeks if necessary due to the severity of said blemish committed

in addition: if you do manage to escape then you should have a bounty and allowed to be labaled as an escaped prisoner (with bulitens posted including Your Name)

Kind of like the cable company not closing your account if you don't pay, they just limit you to C-Span. Heard they got 30% more revenue from delinquent accounts when they did that

Sure, throw people in jail, but there has to be a way to breakout of do a quest to get out. Or if they really don't mind, let them sit in jail, but only for a few hours max--with the option of still breaking out or questing out somehow.
