Highschool

Post » Sun Aug 11, 2013 9:20 pm

So I was wondering how do people here feel about high school they went to and about high school in general. For me this year will be my senior year, and after all that troublesome drama I went through last year I finally come to terms with who cares. So now am just focusing on college and making sure my grades can be the best they can be and I can move on and find happiness else where and leave that place so I can make a living.

The best thing about my high school life was being with my girlfriend, besides that it was just a chore. I did fine in classes, but I was lazy with my schoolwork. Still am. The only thing I focused on was computer classes, mainly troubleshooting and web design.

I was never popular, but its not like I was an outcast or anything. I just preferred not to act like an ass.

Yeah I hated high school at the time I was going there. But after, I wish I could go back. It was just a group of friends basically, skipping classes whenever you felt like it, smoking dope, playing hackie sack, drinking, getting into high school fights/rivalries. We literally had like a "war" between the Metal heads and the Jocks/Preps/Gangsters, with lots of fights over the few years in high school. Like some gangster kids would like jack one of our dealers, then it would turn into a huge brawl. It was good times all around.

Wasn't so bad. Learning new things was exiting, and it was easy enough for me to enjoy without reading homework much at all, giving me plenty of free time to play games at home.

My high school years were three years of playing games, a little bit of partying and a little bit of studying.

I wouldn't go back though, because that's a phase which is over and I want to experience the next stage, university.

I didn't mind high school, but I'm glad I left it.

I never understood why some people say high school was the pinnacle of their lives. It really isn't.

Was indifferent when I entered, and then quickly grew to hate it. Glad it has been a good long time since I graduated, and I would never want to go back.

I strongly dislike school in general just because of the other students... The best school years of my life was 5th grade and final two years of highschool. 5th grade cause I was in a different school for a change for only one year and had like a class with 10 other students... So it was much easier on me. As for final two years of highschool, I left my old highschool and went to a Vocational School to get a vocational degree in CAD (Computer Assisted Drafting). Prolly my best and favorite two years of school cause for half of every school day, I get to actually be on a computer and around people with similar interests as me for once... The only half was math, sci, gov, and english classes...

So ye'h... I hated highschool mainly because I was the main target for the majority of people and easiest to pick on just because I am highly different from the rest of people... I had a voice disorder and my voice never sounded right and hard to understand me at time... I also wasn't the best social person, prolly because of Aspergers... And just to add it to the list, I went to schools where the majority of people are ignorant country folks who pretty much are all "Team America!", and has a lot of country interests... And I'm this one student in the group that's pretty much anti-gov and has a lot of city interests...

So ye'h... I'm happy that I'm done with school.

(Note: No politics! I'm just mentioning).

(Note: Not being bias, I know some nice and cool country folks).

This. I thought that studying in high school would have been much harder than it was in middle school, but it turned out to be much easier.
