The wolrd needs to feel alive.

My title means alot of things but i really just want to touch on npc's. id really like to see npc's have a life. Like a shop owner go to his house after work or a farmer move cattle. This hasnt ever been a problem is past ES games but i can one coming up in eso. You want the npc's to stay put for easy access to quests for everyone to get them.

How is this going to work?

I'm sure that there will be NPCs that will have "lives" and move around the town/cities, but I suspect that essential NPCs (shopkeepers/quest givers) will have some radiance too them, but I doubt you will see them closing up shop so they can sleep.

Again, I do think that we will see some radiance to some of the NPCs, but doubt every single one of them will have a lot of radiance to them that we saw in the single player games.

Yeah Leperchans is probably right. I can't see quest givers just going off to wander around the town. Maybe less important side quests will have quest givers that walk around.

or they can make it so that they have shifts, like one shop keeper works during the day and another during the night
