Between these two games for the PC, which one has the better single player experience? Which one is more action packed?

not sure but you can get crysis 2 for 1 dollar on the humble bundle right now.

I like Crysis more, but Metro 2033 is great too. Though honestly Metro: Last Light is better than 2033.

Crysis is more action packed , but having both games id recommend Metro 2033. The atmostphere and survival aspects of the game makes it more appealing to me.
