Hey guys,

In the live stream the Argonian I believe it was, had a shield. It looked like a little buckler. I have looked and cannot find the answer to my question so I was hoping that I could ask the infinite wisdom that is the ESO forums. Are all of the shields going to be little bucklers? Are there going to be tower shields? Or even shields the size of the ones in Skyrim/Oblivion/Morrowind? I would hate to be a big huge Orc and have to block attacks with something that was no bigger than a dinner plate.

It looked basically like a low level shield. I'm sure once you get up to higher levels they will have more diversity to it.

Seems likely the looks of a shield will be purely graphical as opposed to different shapes/types having different effects. Also the dungeon was only like level 16 (or was that the characters), either way that isn't even half way to cap.

I heard them saying in a podcast that they don't want big rediculous armor like the floating eye shoulders in wow, its a good bet we won't see any big shields.
