What does support entail?

So in the payment model thread GStaff mentioned that one of the things they hope to provide is first class support.

What exactly does this entail?

I only ask because I've never really had to use support in the MMOs I've played. I've never dealt with admins or mods or anything in a game. Is it mostly reporting bugs, reporting trolls, and the like?

First Class Support, in other words; Friendly people to speak too, a 24hr In-game Support team with an ideal queue time, Out of Game Support, such as Call Center (hopefully owned and operated by Zenimax), it could even include an Live Chat via their website for support.

For everything pretty much. Account issues, payment issue, in game lose of items due to a bug or glitch, any kind of character or playability issues stuck somewhere in the game world and can't move, not able to log in etc etc.

I suppose I've just been lucky. I started to write a message to support when in GW2 once, I thought there was an error with an item I bought. Figured out I was just doing it wrong and never sent the message.
