» Thu Aug 22, 2013 4:38 pm About 2 years ago my dad accidentally washed his iPod Nano in the washing machine. Deciding it was broken he sent it to me to see if I could fix. I plugged it in and only got the white Apple logo screen signifying hardware damage, with no warranty, I pronounced my father's iPod Nano dead that day, a victim of irresponsible washing. Today I found that iPod on a shelf and plugged it out of curiosity and boredom, and again I got the Apple of death, around 3 hours later I heard a song start playing in the corner of my unlit room, a familiar song, We Could have Had it All by Adele, promptly I went to my radio to turn off an alarm I must have forgot I set, only to be shocked when the radio was not on, looking closer I saw, the same dead Apple, only this time it spook, "We cold have had it all", "I'm sorry" I responded, "I guess I just don't like this song", and I buried it under two pillows, then walking to my computer to begin this thread, the muffled whispers of Adele behind me, I began to write.
Seriously though, this really happened just now and I'm perplexed, the Nano doesn't even have external speakers that I'm aware of. Since I started writing though it stopped when the song ended. Is there hope still for this brave little Nano? Can I bring it back from the other side? What mysteries lie beneath my pillows? Which pet cemetery must I rest it in? Which Native American resting place must I return the misplaced remains to?
I'm gonna stop dramatizing now.
