Your face "should" go back to normal. If not, just visit the face changer.

Why wouldn't they?

Absorb enchantments are not prejudiced to any enemy.

I've cured myself many many times for multiple reasons and my face has always gone back to its original state. No issues.

its just that ive tried healing vampires and thralls (healing hands) but it doesnt work. wasnt sure i can absorb their health since their undead...

That's because it wasn't meant to work on Undead. There's a completely different spell that is dedicated to healing Undead.
