I was just wondering if there are any unmarked quests or objectives that you may know of. I personally know of only two, although I might be forgetting some that I might've found a while ago.

The two (relatively minor ones) I know of are:

Ysolda's letter which can be found in the Sleeping Tree Cave. If returned to Ysolda, she will buy sleeping tree sap from you at full price.

Sapphire's letter which can be found in Glover Mallory's house. If returned to Sapphire, she will give you a Sapphire worth a whopping 5k!

It is quite saddening to see that there are only a few unmarked "quests." Some people might say to just turn off the "misc" quest markers and do it that way, but it's just not the same.

The treasure maps. There are 12 according to the wiki.

Well, 10 in the quest (Quest according to my Skyrim guide book anyway) and two others, which some people add in. And the wiki I meant was uesp. (But maybe they don't include them in the quest)
