isn't xboxone going to be released in November? .. not sure the exact date but I would think that might be when starts. mind you this is "assuming" ofcourse that right now as we speak they are indeed testing xbox and ps before the public gets their hands on it. only reason I say that is cause we know they did have a deal with xbox for the skyrim release. might be same type of thing happening here as well.

No, we don't know any specific thing about the release date of ESO other than it'll be released in Spring 2014, more than likely around the 20th anniversary of TES.

what is the exact date of the 20th anniversary of TES? sounds like a kool thing to be aware of and might signal an event of somekind to be on the lookout for

This is what the mod put in your thread before locking it. Making a nearly identical thread is likely to cause another lock for this thread as well, not to mention more work for the mods.

Pretty sure release date is 2014, and beta has been on going for a few thousand lucky souls.

If I was going to get the new consoles I would be more worried that Sony and MS doesn't limit the number of game systems before 2014. Lets all remember when Sony released PS3, they released only a few thousand nation wide. Game systems was selling on ebay, craigs list and any other place for $2000 to $3000. Each store that was lucky to get the PS3 before Christmas only received one. Few stores may have gotten lucky and gotten two or three before Christmas. Then it was almost middle of the following year before stores received full stock of the consoles.

Don't even think that they wont do it with the new consoles. The whole production crap was just a marketing ploy. They could have had millions of the consoles made by the time of the PS3's release.

ZOS has not said when the console beta's will start but They cannot start them until people can buy the consoles, and not just a few thousand people either.

Yes, there is no reason to even guess as to when the Beta will come to the consoles until the consoles are actually available to play it on. All "guess the release date" threads are closed when there is no release date confirmed by Bethesda, or in this case, Zenimax Online. All these threads do is spam up with guesses based on little or no real information.
