Not sure if this has been mentioned in a previous thread but I was wondering if are going to be any teleporation spells, whether that be actually opening portals to various locales such as cities or waypoints or any type of recall magic that we will see in TESO? With all the information coming out for the game, I'm not sure if any of the developers have brought that up.

Not sure. unless you think of teleportation magic as wayshrines then yes you will have that to travel but none of morrowinds good old mark and recall spells from what we've seen.
