How long does it take for the furnishings of a particular homestead to be done?

Depends if you craft them or hire the steward to do it.

Stewards take days or weeks iirc, crafting can take irl weeks as you gather components (cat teeth, petls , scales, etc are the worst!)

well because i asked my steward to furnish WindStad Manor and it's like the 24th day of the month in game so does it take a whole month? or what?

You probably have to be away from the cell for at least a week.

I would say about a week, maybe two weeks in-game.

well i found out the problem apparently i have a double bug dose

1. I have to fast travel outside of the cell where Windstad manor was and come back

2. I have to not only enter the house but i have to also turn around and exit the house and re enter again so the items would load properly into place
