So I remember as a kid there was this pirate game on my parents PC that I would play the hell out of. It was like a point and click thing and it was somewhat educational. It was very cartoon styled. The objective was to find the treasure (Shocker right?) that your captain lost or something. I remember the 2 villain pirates were both really stupid and one gets a skull stuck on his face at one point (Or his face might have just been a skull). I know this is all very vague but anyone know what Im talking about. Also there was a parrot who was like your guide.

The only pirate parrot guide game I can think of is Jolly Rover, but I doubt that's the game you're looking for since it's only a few years old.
