A game like this is desperate for a NG+.... what a stupid design decision not including it. Part of the reward for completing a game of this nature should be to play a second time and just screw around the world having fun with all your powers.

PLEASE PATCH IN A NG+ or Include it with the GOTY edition if/when its released.

I doubt a NG+ option will ever be implemented. I'm pretty sure it was a conscious choice by Arkane to exclude such a feature since the way the plot unfolds doesn't really allow for it.
