I'm trying to login to the beta right now (pretty effective stress test, getting lots of errors), but sometimes one of the login errors will say I have the wrong username/password or my account hasn't been activated yet. I activated my account yesterday after receiving an invite email, but is there something else I need to do to activate my account?

I'm getting this same error. I can't even log onto the beta forums.
