Hey people, I'm actually just wondering if anyone would recommend this game to a mainly console player that hasn't really played that many strategy games?

And will I need some super beast PC that has to be cooled with nitrogen or will it be fine with a fairly average pc?

The number of menus may be a bit bewildering at first, but it is one of the more forgiving entries in the series, so you should be able to figure it out with a little work. You want to have at least the recommended specs, I think, for it to run well.
