AvAvA: Question and a Concern.

So... I don't know if I just missed something but some of the information I've heard from podcasts or information outlets don't seem to make a whole lot of sense and there is one thing that seems possible that kind of worries me a bit.

So the Alliance War takes place in Cyrodiil. In my mind, I imagine something similar to the New Frontiers in DAoC where there are keeps and then wide open space (well, no buildings at least) in between each keep. They have mentioned capturing Elder Scrolls which, to me, sounds a lot like the Relics in Dark Age of Camelot. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, basically it's like Oblivion. You show up in Cyrodiil and you can go anywhere you want to go and join any battle you wish. I don't know if that is true or not. But the question that comes to mind is...

Where do these Scenarios fit in?

They mentioned "Scenarios" are capped populations per alliance and they mention them every time someone asks about balancing population between the alliances. But everyone will still be 50 and these apparently take place in Cyrodiil. Are they instanced battle grounds similar to... say Thidranki in Dark Age of Camelot where there's one keep that all 3 alliances can fight over but you can't go elsewhere in Cyrodiil? Or can you join a scenario, enter Cyrodiil and then just wander off and do your own thing if you want to?

If everyone can go into Cyrodiil and be boosted up to level 50 (from level 10)... what's stopping someone from becoming the Emperor at lvl 10? In theory, it could be possible or are the NPCs that guard certain keeps and such too powerful for characters that are boosted to level 50 to take? It seems like it could become a rather jaded event if people can become Emperor starting at 10. Sure, they should be able to contribute and be involved in AvA fighting, but if people start becoming Emperor early in the life of the game... it'll seem like it's too easy/common and that kind of worries me. [I'm talking full raids of level 10-- boosted to 50 chars in the opening weeks/months of the game]

Maybe I'm wrong, but I understand the scenario thing like this:

It is known that ESO will use a "mega server", so just one data base where all player characters are on. But you will play on a certain "instance" (think of it more like an artificial server, than an instance in a classical meaning) in PvE and AvA. Probably "scenario" means just the AvA instance you will play on (which will take up to 2000 players according to the devs).

Don't know if I remember correctly (so please correct me if I'm wrong) but I think it was mentioned that you will be assigned to an instance of Cyrodiil (like with several thousand other players) with Cyrodiil being quite a large province so that the timeframe for conquering all of Cyrodiil is like several days.

And if I also remember correctly you will be stuck to that instance for a certain time, so that you can't switch to the instance where your alliance is winning all.
