Game in Eastern Europe?

Post » Mon Sep 23, 2013 6:45 pm

Hi there!

I'm a new one here, so probably will ask questions, which have been already answered. I beg your pardon, if this is something asked a lot.

1)A Mega-Server technology was mentioned. As far as I understand, it's server architecture popular in new F2P MMO's with one central database and clusters situated all over the world. So my question is, how many clusters will be there on release? And what will be their location? Particularly, as a Russian player, I'm interested in Eastern European locations. -)

2)What game localizations will be available upon CBT/OBT/release stages? As far as I may notice, currently you are working towards US English, British English, German and French.

3)Is subscription monetization system your final decision or it may change? In case of subscription, will there be any other paid options?

Sorry for my 'bad' English. It's not my mother tongue, so sometimes it's difficult to fully explain myself.

1) Actually the first and most successful mega server is in EvE online. The mega server is just quite literally a single server (as far as MMOs go) that houses all the players thus you can play with anyone without switching servers or shards. There are 2 megaservers for PC, one NA and one EU. There will be a single megaserver for each console as well.

2) we do not know

3) Subscription is final. THere will likely be time cards you can buy as well.
