Collections

If I know people who like to [censored] about the lore of video games we probably all have something we collect, used to or want to.

Personally I'm into laserdiscs now, picking up 200 on Monday and I can't wait; Pulp Fiction or Commando, which to relive first?

What else do the people of this forum collect?

I seem to be a habitual collector of whatever stuff I'm into at the moment. So I have lots of mini-collections of stuff that'll forever remain incomplete or otherwise just exist in their randomness. Several collections include http://christinehedley.com/images/bits/bassherd.jpg, http://vometia.com/images/armoury/swordgroup1.jpg, enamelled Discworld badges, games-related lithographs, books of various sorts and so on. And shoes: I like shoes. Though I got rid of most of them not so long ago.

I also own many CDs (somewhere over 1,000 these days) though I view them not so much as a collection than as a liability.

I've been thinking about collecting more anime... Just ogling Sword Art Online Blu ray discs, They seem too overpriced though just trying to figure out whether or not to buy them or dvd version... Or just buy some Tenchi Muyo dvds I don't have yet and some other stuff. Accel World is reasonably priced so I am definitely getting them

Currently I do have a small collection of video games.

Although it won't take off like my other collection it's still pretty coll that Toys"R"Us (in some stores) has started sell the old classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle---> http://youtu.be/KdkI148tXjY .

Sadly these are reprints so they're not very valuable but it's good for nostalgia collecting. Michelangelo's Nunchaku svck as they break excessively quick, even though these are reprints they could have made his Nunchaku out of something that doesn't break so easy .

Also I have a HUGE collection of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic ponies (say what you want its a cheap hobby :P), I also have the Equestira Girl dolls and a three playsets.

I also been collecting Star Trek, Tron Legacy, Star Wars (I've banned collecting anymore Star Wars stuff due to my Star Wars stop motion animation getting taken down) and my other main collection has been Masters of the Universe Classics (aka MOTU Classic), these are solid collector items and not for playing with----but that doesn't stop some people :P. Although not part of collecting I have a few Action Hero planes and playsets----it's for my Call of Pony: Friendship Warfare stop motion YT project :D.

Every time I think about buying an anime series on DVD, I am immediately reminded how incredibly expensive they are.

I collect game/game memorabilia but also anything related to the entertainment I enjoy. I'd put some pictures up but I'm at school. Maybe if I'm home over the weekend I'll do so.

Stuff I find funny over at a humor website.

Ain't much but I like to browse through my collection of hilarity every once in a while when I'm down to get my mood up.
