I'm trying to turn in "Missing in Action" to Avulstein in House Grey-Mane. Except, I can't. He is always locked up in the house and therefore all he ever does is tell me to get out.

Is there some console command I can use to just get to the next part of this stupid quest? This is so frustrating I'm about to pull my hair out. >.>

Use the pair of console commands "Prid 1A686" and "moveto player" in succession to make Avulstein spawn at your location. You can then talk to him outside the house, where he won't be hostile.
