Underwater Ruins, combat and lUt

while I am sure there are millions of things to do and see in tamriel, one thing i have always wanted to see in an TES title is underwater structures. don't get me wrong, i don't want to break the game by adding something un-TES like but i feel there is a great possibility for underwater structures. some of us plan on or have played an argonian at some point in time. they are one of tamriels unique species, i don't understand why they are called a race, they can of course breath underwater which sets them apart from everyone else. while there are some times the dev's have taken advantage of this by adding underwater lut and areas, i feel as if there could be a lot more to add onto this ability. for example, underwater structures where you can explore, battle and find awesome lut. underwater combat could be a whole new line of possibilities. if players are anything but an argonian, they would, say, have to use a certain spell or enchanted item which allows them to do the same as the argonians. weather spells or certain type of weapons work underwater would have to be a tested thing and only the items that really worked in such environment could be used. for example players couldn't use two-handed weapons. or rather players may only have one item wielded at a time. underwater enemies could provide for unique recourses such as rare leather types, more potent ingredients for alchemists and a more different type of combat. nobody has seen black marsh, so, who knows mayber they already have implemented this into the game.

No offense, but can you change the text color to normal please (at least to one color, preferably the standard text color...)? I'm unable to read it without it glaring at me and making my eyes hurt...

Thanks.

Okay, now that I'm able to read your post, I am a big fan of underwater content. However, underwater combat can be tricky to implement without making it clunky and annoying. In other words, unless ZOS is 100% sure they can put in underwater combat effectively (and if they can't, don't make a large zone out of it...), I would just stick to underwater exploration and maybe a few exploration quests associated with it.

Dat wall of text.

For whatever reason I'm reminded of WoW when I think of underwater ruins.

I don't really have a problem with it, but has underwater swimming been confirmed?
