I'm just wondering how many Characters we are allowed to have and play?

Also I'd like to know if in fact you can have more than one, is it restricted to the alliance you initially chose with the other character, example-like if I chose a Nord earlier which is part of the "Ebonheart Pact" will I have to choose someone else that is in that Alliance or can I also choose a character that is part of a different alliance such as a Bosmer in the "Aldmeri Dominion" and so on?

Probably silly questions, but I would like to know

Pretty sure it's been stated that you can roll characters in another faction but you won't play in the same campaign as your other character.

As for how many characters you can make I don't think that info has been talked about.
