I loved the Mars Attacks series published by IDW.
Mostly I liked the bright colors, the art-style used (not too heavily detailed, a bit cartoony) and the non-serious nature of it.
In general, I like comics and movies that are not too serious in nature, sci-fi based, and generally imaginative/fun (Spaceballs, Mars Attack, Hitchhikers guide.., Borderlands, Fallout: OWB, etc, Destroy all Humans, etc)
I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a comic series I might like based off those preferences. The Mars Attack series was short and I'm already done them. For the life of me, I can't seem to find one similar to it. They all either have serious and dark plots with tons of drama, or have an art style I don't care for.
Hopefully someone here can make a good recommendation.
Needs to:
-Be colorful and semi-cartoony
-Sci-fi based
-Completely non-serious
This is a good example of what I mean via art style.
