So yeah. Looking for a simple mod that would enable the ability to hiss at an opponent with the press of a button. The stock hiss is fine with me.

In theory it should be possible. I'd imagine skse would handle it nicely. Bind a key to that sound. Of course if I were designing it I'd also make it a small crime. Hiss at me will you? *Guard fines you*
