I thought I'd restart this thread as the last one had been filled up, with some good news:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-24467337
The episodes complete the entire story of Enemy of the World, and all but one episode of the legendary The Web of Fear (the one with the yeti).
I'm very happy about this, as Troughton is my favourite Doctor and his were the stories most commonly lost.
Most people will probably be more interested in The Web of Fear, as it has the first appearance of Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and a returning popular monster. Hopefully we'll get an animated reconstruction of the one missing episode like we did with The Invasion (if they hadn't [censored] shut down the animation studio).
Personally I'm more interested in The Enemy of the World. I'd always thought it sounded like an awesome story, and I'll let http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/tvandradio/doctor-who/10370949/Doctor-Who-missing-episodes-The-Enemy-of-the-World-part-1-review.html.
