Bandits asking my follower to leave... sorta...

This is a little complicated, so please, bear with me.

I joined the Bandit ally faction, and set up housekeeping in Fort Graymoor. I made safe storage, and slept in the beds, and all was well. But...

I decided to create a follower. I made a female wood elf, gave her a female Khajiit voice, and placed her in the main level of the fort. Initially, I could get no dialoge from her at all, but after changing the voice to female, sultry, and changing her faction from bandit ally to bandit friend, adding potential follower faction, and finally, potential marriage faction, she gained dialogue with follower dialogue included. Yay, success.

However, since then, every time I try to sleep in a bed in the main level (upstairs or across the hall) I now get a message saying I can't rest while being asked to leave. Hmmm... None of the bandits show any hostility, it doesn't matter if she (my follower) is in the fort or not, the message remains. I can go into the prison area and sleep in a cell, but that's not really what I consider optimal quarters, eh? :D

Since I don't know what caused the change in attitude, nor who is asking me to leave, I have two questions...

1. Any idea what happened?

2. is there any way to clear that flag and get rid of that message?

Thanks...

Sleepless in Fort Graymoor
