PSN & Xbox Live Subscriptions

Is there any information out on whether the subscription is included in the $5 PSN and Xbox Live subscriptions? Alternatively is it still $15 on top of the $5 a month?

Don't have to pay $5 to play on PlayStation. You still do for Xbox. It's still $15.
