Where is the claw / Hand to Hand combat bonus? Does ESO have hand to hand as a skill tree? If so, where the beast races don't they get their lore friendly bonuses? Just wondering

How about Argonians? Where is theirs?

Afaik there is no hand to hand skill in the game. Also, apart from the Khajiit, the Argonians didn't get a hth bonus in Skyrim.
