Is is possible to change the name of a Topic already posted in the forums?

I've been looking but couldn't find anything. If it's not possible for forum users... could a moderator help me with this?

Make a report on your own thread and ask for the title to be changed. Just tell us what you want it changed to, or we will make up something silly.

You can't change it yourself, just pm a mod and request the change.
