Mortar and Pestle in ESO?

Okay, this is for everyone who has played games before skyrim, like oblivion.

Speaking as a gathering and alchemy fan here, I think that adding the mortar and pestle in ESO would be amazing! when I went to gather foods and plants and stuff, I hated to have to fast travel back to a town or hold just to do my alchemy in skyrim. The mortar and pestle were much better than the tables because you could do alchemy whenever you pleased!

But its not just beneficial to the hardcoe alchemists, if anyone gets over encumbered, you can just start using up your collected foods and make potions for less weight! It was all around better than the tables. I'm not saying that the tables have to be taken out of the game, I just think that you should be able to also have the mortar and pestle again!

Does anyone else agree?

the video showing a guy using one is pretty neat.

edit: but I see your asking about disconnecting it from the table. I guess the video still shows it connected to the table just as a fluff animation.

I think you're oversimplifying pre-skyrim style alchemy for the sake of nostalgia.

In addition to your mortar & pestle you also had a calcinator, alembic and retort... Which lets be honest, doesn't make a lot sense to be carrying everywhere you go because that's very expensive and fragile glassware!
