Survival?

Firstly I would like to say that I absolutely love the game and it's features. I think that this game is simply stunning. <3

As a casual WoW player, it does my heart good to see an MMORPG take such big leaps. Now, I have a question and I would like (kind and professional) opinions. No need to be rude or to bash others for their opinions. Although this will be done anyway since we're human, I thought it would be nice of me to advise against it at first. (:

My question:

Do you think that Elder Scrolls Online would be more interesting, or more fun with the option to toggle realistic needs in the game? I have played Skyrim for quite some time now and I have always wanted the game to be a little more realistic in the sense that my character doesn't -need- sleep, water, food, and seems to be quite content with the freezing Skyrim air, even though he is a Redguard. 1. Should ESO or any TES games feature:

- Toggle-able sleep needs

- Toggle-able food/drink needs

- Toggle-able climate reactions (such as being cold in Skyrim and needing a fire to warm you up, or being hot in Hammerfell and needing shade and a cool drink.

Why Toggle-able (not entirely sure if I am using that word correctly, or if it is even a word; but when I say "toggle-able" I mean that you have the ability to turn it on or off) realistic needs? Well because not EVERYONE wants to be playing the Sims while playing ESO. Not everyone wants to have to bother with eating a hunk of bread while fighting a serpent lord in the deepest depths of Tamriel, but for those that do, the option is there!

What are the consequences for neglecting these needs? Well perhaps for food or drink you could experience health drops after your "food meter" or "drink meter" has depleted. For sleep perhaps you could find yourself falling unconscious due to sleep deprivation. Perhaps all of these "meters" could directly relate to how hard you push your character. Run too much in the sun/heat and you will get thirsty quickly, and hungry (but slower than thirst because you can live longer without food than you can without water.) Perhaps your core temperature could drop in cold climates, causing delayed reactions in motor skills with risk of health loss due to hypothermia or frostbite, or heat exhaustion in hot climates causing the same result with risk of fainting.

SO... What are your thoughts? Should this be implicated in ESO and would it be cool? Or a waste of resources in an MMORPG. Should this make it's way to TES-6? Would it be cooler there? Single player with basic needs? That seems fair.

(ALSO quick question not relating to this topic but it is burning in my heart: will ESO be an open world type map, or will I have restricted access to the world? Will I be able to roam ALL of Tamriel, or only certain zones. I am aware that you cannot leave your faction zone until level 50, but does that mean that I may visit all provinces or Tamriel in my faction until then? Or is it more like a Diablo 3 type theme where I have a large map with boundaries I cannot cross?)

Well, there are my questions! Survival; dumb or dandy?

Thanks for reading and I hope to see you in game!

Unlikely to happen, Having features like this hinders a player because the forgot to eat, sleep ect its not a casual feature and MMO's with regards to features are casual, many would find this very annoying the same way people find perma death annoying, another hardcoe feature. Second to take the time to code it in and have it as an option there would have to be a benefit to the player to turn it on or only few will use it, and to give it a benefit would cause an unfair advantage in a MMO.
