The forum background

Is anyone else getting a weird fuzzy background??? I'm just trying to see if this is on PC too because on the iPad the forum background is seriously messed up.

The big writing at the top is completely unreadable and the image of the Dragonborn is fuzzy and blocked. Has the background changed at all?
