The number of exploreable ruins compared to previous games.

Would just like to get your opinions on this little thought. In the usual mmo there would be, maybe, about 2 or 3 ruins you could enter in an area, would you say?
Do you think ESO will be more open to exploring individual ruins? If so, how many would there be? I think this will explain it better:

In Morrowind: There's about 23 Dwemer Ruins and around 50 or so caves.

In Oblivion: There are about 55 each of Ayleid Ruins, Old Forts and double that amount of caves and mines.

In Skyrim: Even this had around 16 Dwemer Ruins to dive into as well as several caves to explore.

So if that clarifies, do you think ESO will have many places to explore in each area, or do you think they will just do what every other mmo does and just have 3 or 4 main ones?

Didn't they give a number as to the amount of both open world and instanced dungeons?

I'd count those as "explorations" although they did say they want to emphasize exploration.

From what I have seen and heard over the year, ESO is planning on having lots of places/dungeons to explore, as that is central to the TES game experience.
I don't think exact numbers have been revealed, as they are likely still deciding how to best optimize the implementation.

Where did you get these numbers? Because they are way off.

There are almost 100 caves.
90 Tombs.
40 Daedric Shrines.
23 Dwemer ruins.
30 Mines.
12 large Dunmer Strongholds.
And a dozen Grottos.

(and a whole lot more if you include the two expansions)

80 is "several" caves?
As well as 30 Forts and 30 Mines, and 40 Nordic Ruins. etc

I was just using them as examples. I understand that there are WAY more.
