To continue from the discussion at the previous thread, I see two routes for Cersei (mind you, I'm only 2/3 of the way through Feast for Crows). Either she ends up with a point metal/wooden object threw her/tummy ache, or she ends up practically causing the apocalypse. Maybe both....
