The 13.11 Beta7 driver seems to have completely fixed any stutter for me!

I used to get the HUGE lag and stutter on the menu screen pan/zoom which kind of summed up the whole issue for me. But now with the above driver it's as smooth as butter. Not sure how long it's been fixed for as i missed several revisions, but i'd recommend trying it.

I've actually not played past the intro type levels yet because of this (after getting the game on release!) so i'm off to finally enjoy the game now

My specs - intel I5 processor @ 4.2ghz, 8gb ram, Amd 7850, windows 7 64 bit

Guess I should try the drivers myself. That said, the stutter didn't stop me from playing thru the game 7 times
