A movie with Fallout aspects?

Hey guys! I was wondering if you'd love to see a movie with the Fallout feel tied to it, barren wastelands, mutants all over the place, the world literally going to hell! I'm in production of such film! It's titled Altered Earth and I think you'll like the idea!

The story is set around two British soldiers, Dom and Elliot, the year is currently 2018 and Chernobyl is in the rebuilding stage for a bigger and better source of nuclear power, there's just one problem; the United Nations don't want the russians holding control over it, I won't give away too much of the story so we'll skip ahead, Russia and China have joined forces and WW3 is in progress. Dom and Elliot are sent 27 miles outside of Chernobyl Mark II to take down three generators that are supplying power to artillery fire which is stopping any troops being flown in to take control of the area. Two of the generators is an easy task, but the third one is bigger and has a core of pure nuclear energy, in a bizarre chain reaction the core implodes and drags Elliot and Dom into it then hrows them back out in the same location.

The year is 2068 and Chernobyl went into meltdown, most of the Earth was encased in radiation while scientists devised an 'Alternate Atmosphere' to preserve the lives of any humans who weren't mutated, the world is divided between the Unbroken Nations (Rebels) and the Chinese-Russian Militia (CRM) oh, and of course, the mutants roaming the unmanned lands.

Dom and Elliot with the aid of Simon (unbeknown to them that he is the current leader of the Rebellion) must face the new Earth and all it's problems.

This feels like advertising for your Kickstarter, no matter how you word it.
