their game are being used to advertise a game they do not own ??

what i'm talking about is Wartune

at first it was just screen shots / artwork from Blizzard's game World of Warcraft but now they are useing a screen shot from the game Tera if they keep it up they might start useing screen shots from Bethesda's games such as The Elder Scrolls

what im trying to ask is can the Wartune fakes be stopped before it gets to that point by bringing attention to them to the developers they are stealing artwork from ?
